Baked Tilapia Fillets!

Tilapia is a great and inexpensive choice for an easy and healthy diet!

I am choosing to marinade my fillets in an popular soy marinade called YOSHIDA'S. If you don't have this in your kitchen, you need to get your hands on some as soon as possible. It is amazing on almost anything. I'm particularly partial to using it with salmon.

Anywho! Heres the recipe for these tilapia fillets:

Ingredients:
-2 tilapia fillets (frozen is fine)
-1 cup yoshidas marinade
-1 tablespoon sliced green onion
-1 teaspoon minced garlic
-creole seasoning
-old bay seasoning
-1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Thaw, rinse, and prep tilapia fillets. Place in a shallow oven dish
3. Mix yoshidas sauce and olive oil together and pour over fillets
4. . Generously sprinkle fillets with old bay and creole seasonings, followed by the green onion and garlic.
4. Place in fridge for at least 20 minutes to marinate
5. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until fish flakes
